Warnham CE Primary School

We have great pleasure in welcoming you to Warnham CE Primary School which is situated within the peaceful village of Warnham just outside of Horsham.

We are a ‘Voluntary Controlled’ School which means that the Church of England maintains an active interest in the school whilst giving overall control to the Local Authority. Warnham CE Primary School has a good reputation for its caring, inclusive, family ethos based on Christian values. Governors are fully involved in the school’s life and we are well supported by our parents, an active PTFA and the wider community.

All children are individuals and need to be inspired and supported to achieve their best.

Our Mission Statement ‘Space to Grow, Wings to Fly’ linked to ‘Shining for my Maker’ focuses on our strong belief that all children are individuals and need to be inspired and supported to achieve their best, making the most of their talents to further develop their learning and to become good members of the community in which they live.

Our creative curriculum enables the children to learn in an exciting and connected manner. Themed days are held to enrich the experiences for the children, visits and visitors also support areas of the curriculum. All of these experiences allow the children to learn most effectively through their preferred learning style ensuring that each child is able to maximise their potential.

We aim to encourage every child to work hard, to be able to co operate and collaborate with others, to take pride in their own and others’ achievements and to be proud of our school.

We welcome visits to our school and look forward to sharing our learning community with you.
